What is the best way to gain muscle? I know many people have ponder on this question, especially when you’re the skinniest in the class, or among friends hang out with. You want to gain weight and gain muscles, but don’t want to do it wrongly, just in case you might end up gaining extra fats instead. In here you’ll find out just what is the best way to gain muscles, safely, effectively and naturally.

Is there a weight gaining diet that you’re doing now? How is that working out for you if so? There are tons and tons of information on ways to gain weight on the internet right not, and which one are actually effective and which ones are nothing but a fad, or a scam? You’re either:
1) Already big, but lack muscle definition because of excessive body fats and want to start gaining muscle mass
